How long can I get my order after payment made?
We will ship out your items within 3 working days after payment confirmed. Normally it takes 3-5 working days to deliver within West Malaysia, 7-10 working days for delivery to East Malaysia.
Can I cancel my order?
We're sorry that no cancellation can be made once the order is placed. If you have any issue with the order, kindly contact our customer service by leaving a message via the message box or Whatsapp message  our phone number +601111087355. 
Can I return or exchange the item after I received it?
We accept exchange and return if there is size issue, wrong size/item, defect or measurement error. We accept one-time size exchange for the same design. 
If you would like to exchange or return an item, kindly inform us within 3 days upon receipt of the item, and the returned item must reach us within 15 days from the date you raise the issue to us.
